RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days to make sure your purchase meets your expectations with our “No Questions Asked Money Back Policy.” We are happy to refund 100% of the product cost to you without charging any shipping cost if you decide to return the product.
This refund policy is applicable only if the products are shipped back to us within 14 days.
This facility can be availed by returning the product through www.ricchii.com or by returning the product at any of the Ricchii showrooms in India within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return the items in their original packaging with the original bill and product certificate (if any). Loss of the original product certificate/invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
Products such as gold coins, gold bars, silver coins, silver bars, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift cards, customized ornaments, gold nose pins, and loose gemstones are non-returnable.
We will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value from your purchase if you received a discount or free gift during your purchase. You can also choose to return the free gift to us while returning the product.
Return Procedure:
The following steps need to be followed while returning a product to us for a Refund, Exchange, or Buyback:

You can place the return/exchange request by going to the Order History in the My Account section of the Ricchii website/apps and selecting the products you wish to return.

Pack the jewellery in its original packaging and keep it in the tamper-proof packet provided by Ricchii along with the original bill and certificate (if any). Note that once the tamper-proof packet is sealed, it cannot be opened.

It may take 1-3 business days for our courier partner to pick it up.

It is also advised to note down the courier airway bill number for future reference.

If you need any assistance in placing the return request, contact our customer care team and provide details such as order number and the item you wish to return.
Once the returned product is received by Ricchii and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
If the product is purchased using a Gift Card/Digital Gift Card, the value will be refunded to the same Gift Card/Digital Gift Card or a new Gift Card/Digital Gift Card will be provided for the equal value.
